Returns/Exchanges Golf Apparel

Returns/Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchase, you may return it in its original, new condition within 14 days of purchase, at customer expense.

All returns that are not exchanges for a different size, color, and within the 14 day return time frame will be accepted for in store credit. We will not accept any returns for Rain or Wind wear.

All returns need a return authorization number or RA. Defective items must be reported to customer service within 24 hours after received delivery

All return shipments must have a return authorization number or RA on the outside of the package that can be attained by calling customer service at 630-513-9882. If there is not a valid RA# on the outside of the package it will not be accepted.

If you purchase an item that does not fit you correctly, as apparel, you may ship the item back to us, in new and unused condition, and we will replace it with the correct size if available.

Returns and shipping charges due to mis-sizings are at customer expense.
How to return merchandise:

To receive your RA#, please call customer service 630-513-9882 Monday thru Friday 11:00 am - 3:30 pm

Once the RA is authorized the item needs to be returned within 7 days.

Please note that an RA# does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.

All merchandise must be in new and unused condition, with all size and price tags attached to the garments.

Health laws prohibit the return of used apparel, footwear, caps, gloves.

If the product is damaged or worn, we reserve the right to refuse the merchandise.

Golf hats/caps with the tags removed shall be deemed worn and can not be returned. This is a violation of a state health law.

LUCKY SIZE or CLOSE-OUT items cannot be returned this is a FINAL SALE item.

Footwear cannot be returned.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.
If a return authorization is given it must meet:

Returns or exchanges must be within in the 14 days of the original purchase.

Customer is responsible for the shipping charges on all exchanges.

There are no returns for custom apparel or shoes, such as custom shoes (FootJoy) or custom golf bags (Titleist)
