RETURNS: We will accept returns WITHIN 14 days of original order (or 20 Days after XMAS, January 15th). All return shipments MUST have a "Return Authorization Number "on the outside of the package. OR THE PACKAGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. To return/exchange an item please call Customer Service @ 888-558-5123 Monday thru Friday 11:30 am - 3:30 pm. to receive your RA# (which must be returned to us within 7 days) Please note that an RA# does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. All merchandise must be in original factory condition, with all size and price tags ATTATCHED to the garments, also in their original protective packaging bags. If the product is damaged or worn, We reserve the right to refuse damaged, worn items. Golf hats/caps with the tags removed shall be deemed worn and can not be returned. This is a violation of a state health law.LUCKY size items cannot be returned this is a Final Sale item. Footwear cannot be returned. Shipping charges will not be refunded. As of today, November 10th 2009, ALL Returns that are not exchanges for a different size, color, and WITHIN the 14 DAY return frame will be accepted for credit back to the credit card less a 15% re-stock fee , and NO credit of shipping. ALL RETURNS NEED A RTURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. DEFECTIVE items must be reported to Customer Service WITHIN 24 Hours after received delivery @ 888-558-5123

All orders that received "FREE SHIPPING" will be deducted out of the price of the item once returned. Christmas orders must be returned by January 15th. Returns shall be in the original packaging and not damaged or used. All returned items must have an RA# designated from a store manager in order to be accepted.

The following is for Nike Golf and Tiger Woods Sizing. Other manufacturers may vary.
Notes: Body Measurements are given in inches. If your body measurement is on the borderline between two sizes, go to the lower size for a tighter fit or the higher size for a looser fit.
If your body measurements for Chest and Height result in two different suggested sizes, you're better off going with the size from your Chest measurement.
